Power Plus Trainee:

  • STEM background preferred, but not required.
  • Be a recent university graduate (within the past 2 years)
  • Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across India
  • Good communication skills – oral and written.
  • Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest.
  • Team player who is flexible and open to new ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • 18-month rotational career journey.
  • Full-time, paid, permanent role.
  • Rotations include (3) six-month assignments.
  • Must be mobile – travel to different locations and see our culture come to life.
  • Impactful and meaningful challenges to solve through 3 different work assignments.
