Job Overview:

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vendor Risk Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor risk assessments, utilizing tools such as the Moody’s Catalyst tool etc., and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating vendors’ risk profiles and communicating findings to the Global Procurement (GP) team.

Utilize the Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool to manage vendor onboarding processes for both new and reactivated vendors, as well as existing vendors undergoing review.
Perform risk assessments on vendors using the Moody’s Catalyst tool, analyzing results to determine risk levels (Green, Amber, Red).
Communicate risk assessment findings to the GP team via the SCN tool, highlighting any vendors requiring further assessment or rejection.
Collaborate with various teams as required to facilitate exceptional risk assessments for vendors flagged as Amber or Red, ensuring timely resolution and communication of outcomes.
Follow up with GP to ensure closure of action items for all rejected vendors, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards within the workflow system, providing regular updates on vendor risk status to stakeholders.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the risk assessment process in the Moody’s tool, staying informed of updates and best practices.
Take ownership of end-to-end vendor risk testing processes, ensuring thorough evaluation and closure of rejected vendors.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of finance and risk management principles to support informed decision-making.
