Qualification & Skills Required:

1-3 years of experience.
Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
Good understanding of Web Application Architecture, and Database Schemas.
Strong hands-on experience in SQL(Basic and Advanced).
Business understanding, product knowledge, and Stakeholder Management is a must.
Empathy toward customer needs.
Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable, but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role is about domain understanding and detail orientation. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented, and can marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of ground operations to ensure that the vision of the product is uniformly communicated across the organization and the customer. This role is your path to becoming a Product Manager.

You will work on one of the various internal as well as customer-facing products of Delhivery.
Own all user and developer manuals.
Implement product analytics embedded into the software and build dashboards.
Become the in-house expert on all existing product features – liaise with support teams
