Job Description:

As a Content Integrity Associate you will be the front-line, ensuring and maintaining the quality and policy adherence of contents on Poshmark. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop a new team and to have a significant impact on the Poshmark marketplace and user experience.

This is an entry level position. **Candidates must be able to do Wednesday-Sunday shift.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and assess flagged content on the platform.
Investigate and resolve user appeals following enforcement actions.
Proactively identify fraud trends and propose new processes/rules to catch these trends.
Work closely with other teams to refine and create new processes for handling users who violate our content policies.
Review and handle notices of alleged IP infringement from brands and other rights owners.
Other duties as assigned
