Qualification & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
At least 3 months of experience in software development or automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
Proficiency in basic programming languages: Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, .Net
Fixing minor bugs
Strong analytical skills
Basic SQL knowledge
Quick learner of new software and technologies

General skills:

Good Presentation and communication skills.
Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members.
Be a good communicator and good listener within the team.

Global IT Support Team Member is part of the Global IT Service Delivery team that provides Technical and Software distribution services globally 24* 7 in English

Writing and debugging code.
Assisting with software design and coding.
Learning the codebase and enhancing coding skills.
Fixing minor bugs.
Conducting development tests.
Developing innovative solutions.
Participating in estimation discussions with the product team.
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.
