Qualification & Skills Required:–

BE/BBA/BSc/B.Tech graduate with MBA in HR.
Highly Creative, Thinking Ability, Strong Presentation Skills along with Strong Communication Skills.
Skills require very high ability to drive things end- to end and follow up aggresively to get the work done, ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good in Excel and PowerPoint.
Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews.

Job Description:

Zycus is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our ‘Talent Acquisition’ team as an Intern for 6 months (full-time). The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.

What will you be doing?

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Partake in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Do talent markets study
Support employer branding initiatives by participating in recruitment events and social media campaigns.
Assist in onboarding and pre-employment documentation processes.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
