Detailed Eligibility:

Data Science Analyst:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Essential qualifications:

Experience working in a sales environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for a non-technical audience.
Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear and actionable insights.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand their models, methodologies, and the reasoning behind specific recommendations.
Translate complex data science findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for target functions.
Develop strategies to validate the effectiveness of data science recommendations through standard testing methodologies.
Create compelling presentations, training materials, and communication strategies to educate and empower target functions on how to leverage data science insights.
Facilitate feedback loops between target functions and Data Science, ensuring recommendations are continually refined based on real-world application.
Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to the target functions.
Track and report on the impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue)
