Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, Associate, you will be a part of a dynamic team, working under the guidance of senior engineers to develop, test, and enhance our RPA product. This role offers ample opportunities for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment, where you will gain hands-on experience in software development, automation, and cutting-edge technologies in the RPA field.

Assist in the development of new features and functionality for the RPA product. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with team standards.
Work on debugging and fixing software defects. Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers, QA engineers, and BA’s, to help implement product features and address technical challenges.
Participate in code reviews to learn best practices, improve coding skills, and maintain high-quality standards.
Assist in writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure code quality and product stability.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides related to code changes and product features.
Continuously learn new programming languages, technologies, and development practices. Seek opportunities to improve technical knowledge through training, self-study, and mentorship.
