Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Process Trainer
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate Order Management; primarily knows Order Entry, Modifications, Holds Management, Handling customer queries and Invoicing to customers.
- Having knowledge of ERPs or CRM tools (like SAP, SNOW, Oracle, Cosmic etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and business systems
- Ready to work from client location.
Key Skills Required:
- Understanding critical elements of order and contract
- Sales Order
- Purchase Order
- Quote
- Overview of the contract
- Renewals
- Nurture Client
- Business Impact of Errors Downstream
- Relevant industry experience – similar ERP preferred
- Understanding critical elements of contract and their effects on issues raised
- Good to have knowledge on YB/ Lean concepts (Optional)

Job Responsibilities
- Processing of volumes decided.
- Perform Quality audits to measure accuracy, identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
- Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
- Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
- Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
- Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
