Detailed Eligibility:
Customer Solutions Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP) and experience with database querying and optimization
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
- Experience working with and managing external partners/customers
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or MBA degree
- Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or related function
- Experience in the online advertising industry
- Excellent communication skills, ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience, and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our sales team. By leveraging Google products and technologies, identify, develop, and optimize new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Develop solutions as the technical lead and provide consulting services to our partners. Build lasting relationships and be sensitive to clients’ needs.
- Propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
- Support our customers by delivering deep technical value to their online digital initiatives.
- Travel as required to meet with specific partners/clients in the region.
