Intern:

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or recent graduation.

Skills:

Strong interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, employee experience, and engagement initiatives.
Basic familiarity with G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar) and an aptitude for learning new software.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand requirements and help with coordination and scheduling.
Assist in the planning and executing of employee engagement activities and events, gaining exposure to various stages of coordination.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts related to employee engagement surveys and other HR metrics.
