Job Description and Responsibilities:

Be part of our Investment Banking Operation teams in Hyderabad
Working with teams on root cause analysis and suggest and implement process improvements
Take responsibility for appropriate exception escalation and coordinate resolution delivery with relevant parties
Take responsibility and ownership for the different stages of the trade lifecycle
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all elements of the event are understood
Deal with queries in a timely manner and see them through to resolution
Do you see opportunity when faced with a challenging problem, and are you willing to deep dive to identify solutions and deliver results
Think flexibly to propose new ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
