Process Executive – Voice:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure 98 accuracy is maintained
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLATAT time
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics
- Track his/her own performance and need improvise based on the business requirement
- Shouldbe able to take manage hisher own performance
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front
- Should be focused to achieve 100 user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations
