About the role

The Talent Acquisition – Intern, will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent who can join us in shaping the quick-commerce industry. We are currently seeking a proactive, highly motivated and organized HR/Recruiting Intern to join our team. The internship will provide an undergraduate or graduate student an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and culture fit for open technical positions.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities.
Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate profiles, interactions and feedback in our recruitment database.
