Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Customer service, Logistics & Supply chain
- Truck & Container optimization & planning
- Insurance process If any transit claim
- Knowledge of GST, E waybill and mandatory documentation for Export and Domestic.
- Should have knowledge of customer claims (Reject and rework glasses, )
- Manage and should report on Time Delivery, Load Efficiency, expedited costs, etc. against the targets
- This role would be placed in either Purchase or Logistics or Supply Chain Management
