Eligibility Criteria
- Graduating from B.Tech/B.E, MBA 2023/2024 or CAs
- Final-year student from premium Engineering, MBA Colleges or CAs.
- Demonstration of exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives
- With a highly creative & analytical skill set, he or she should be a strategic thinker & problem solver who should have the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative set-up with top leadership & executives
- Available to start the internship immediately
- Willing to relocate and work from the office (Based out of Bangalore)
- Available for a 6month full-time internship
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy project and program-specific strategies
- Launch & lead experiments for new business models and set them up for success
- Work in a multi-threaded environment with varied stakeholders – engineering, product, data analytics, business, operations, finance and leadership
- Have the ability to plan and execute programs within deadline & value with prioritization, planning and detailing out of initiatives. Essentially, the ability to design and problem solve and manage projects with strict timelines.
- Tracking, coordination and reporting of initiatives.
- Travel and meet central teams of lenders + regional teams on a case-by-case basis
