Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience):-

Educational Qualification – Must Meet: Science Graduate/B.Pharma;
Educational Qualification – Optional: MBA equivalent;
Overall Work Exp: 1+ year in the customer-facing role;
Relevant Work Exp: NA
Understanding of Oncology Market and customers
Technical Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills,

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

Build relationships with physicians by understanding their beliefs, needs, and motivators, collecting market insights, and executing customer/account level action plans to influence the adoption of Roche Innovation.

Ensure adoption of Roche Innovation by building the brand value through customized messaging.

Partners with HCPs by building brand value through customized messaging.
Responsible for the promotion of complete Roche Oncology portfolio
To understand the belief barriers of HCPs. Gather relevant HCP/ competitive insights and input into the relevant reporting systems.
Contribute to the organization’s understanding of the patient journey and customer buying process and motivators.
Ensure demand generation in the assigned portfolio and actively contributes to the state P&L.
Be the one point of contact for brand-related query resolution of the HCPs
Maintain a strong connection with paramedics and junior doctors
Maintain touchpoints with various stakeholders to ease patient journey hurdles.
Support state cluster by executing customer/account level action plans & initiatives.
Be an empowered member of the State cluster customer-facing Squad
Organize awareness campaigns and scientific meetings to build HCP belief
