Eligibility Criteria
- The eligible candidate must have completed at least 75% of studies in Master’s in Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering/Electronics engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and inclination towards product development.
- Knowledge of different sensors and actuators, electromechanical systems, basic programming, and software engineering.
- Desire to understand and communicate how product is used, designed and manufactured and establish test methods to evaluate design concepts.
- Detail oriented, highly organized and be able to communicate information effectively.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and collaborate cross functionally with others.
- Conversant in Microsoft tools (like Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MatLab, LabView, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in research and development activities associated with new product development.
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members throughout product development phases to ensure program success
- Support data-driven decisions making using appropriate analytical methodologies
- Support verification activities to ensure designs meet functional requirements through the performance of engineering analyses and testing.
- Support establishing test methods, acceptance criteria, and test equipment for all stages of product development.
- Writing test protocols, analyzing data, and documenting findings in test reports.
- Help in creating and maintaining System Engineering artefacts.
