- 5+ years of technology-related experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in Innovation Consulting, Scenario Envisioning, Business Architecture and Cloud Economics (or Value Engineering).
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent; Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.
- Experience in Innovation Consulting and / or Cloud Economics (or Value Engineering) is highly desirable.
The Digital Innovation and Value Services team (Part of Microsoft Consulting Services) works with Enterprise Customers directly/ indirectly to maximize business value for their investments in Microsoft Technologies. This team focuses on solving business problems with technology and enables customers in their Digital Transformation journey. The team is located at the offshore center in Hyderabad.
Closely aligned to the vision of the MCS – Office of the CTO, driving innovation and thought leadership, the DIVS Team is about 30 people and growing as our engagements with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) increase and the pace of digital transformation accelerates globally. to drive customer conversation around value pertaining to specific digital investments.
People and Technical Delivery Management 60%
- Lead all aspects of people and performance management for the team in alignment with the annual People Rhythm of Business.
- Foster an environment of inclusion, that leverages diverse perspectives and talent, to better represent and understand our global customers.
- Drive tech intensity through comprehensive technical and professional readiness plans with a focus on cloud solutions, consumption and digital usage.
- Instill excellence in delivery practices and champion IP creation/ re-use while optimizing team productivity and Customer value.
- Anticipate and remove delivery blockers and effectively address stakeholder and customer escalations.
Execution – Deliver Results through Teamwork 30%
- Achieve or exceed personal and team goals from quarter to quarter, including utilization and Delivered Value
- Effectively translate and communicate Microsoft, MCS and Office of the CTO strategy and goals to executable plans and own the execution of the plans.
- Own pipeline generation
- Consistently manage areas of fiscal responsibility, staying within budget, and effectively managing resources.
Change Leadership and Services Role Model 10%
- Land strategic change initiatives or programs with your team.
- Ensure your team is effectively guiding customer/partners through relevant change initiatives.
