Job Description:-

You’ll work in Gurugram as part our global recruiting team responsible for hiring across our Client Capabilities Network. You will be partnering with our leadership and hiring managers and executing targeted recruiting strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal research team to provide guidance on research strategies, analyze talent landscapes, while keeping abreast of ground-breaking talent research methodologies

Job Responsibilities:-

  • You will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing methods and tools.
  • In this role you will use social media sites, Web 2.0 technologies and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest.
  • You will play an integral role in achieving the hiring goals and will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team.
  • You’ll be recruiting for a teams that have global presence, however a lot of hiring would be focused on India.
  • You will be responsible for understanding the evolving talent needs, partnering with leadership and hiring managers and executing targeted recruiting strategies to help the function transform.
  • You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities such as developing sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals and other creative search methods.
  • You will identify, attract and develop candidate interest in McKinsey, and screening and evaluate candidates using our assessment methodologies.
  • Additionally, you’ll help service line managers navigate through the internal transfer guidelines to fulfill the hiring requirements for their departments as need be.
  • You will work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding both efficiently through our robust process, synthesizing feedback from assessors and threading together a storyline to determine the viability of a candidate’s success.
  • You will provide consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals. You’ll handle recruiting analysis and ensure all recruiting and candidate knowledge is tracked, updated and maintained in our CRM systems.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our internal research team to provide guidance on research strategies, analyze talent landscapes, while keeping abreast of ground-breaking talent research methodologies.
  • You will be a subject matter expert across McKinsey and will develop and share best practices on our hiring processes.
  • You will participate in recruiting-related projects to set best practices and will work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities. Lastly, you will ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and will help develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team

Job Requirements:-

  • 2- 6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within an executive search firm or in a corporate recruiting function with expertise in product hiring (full stack recruiting)
  • Goal driven with the ability to take initiative, problem solve and work with minimal direction
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demand varies
  • Exceptional organizing and administrative skills; high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and execute tasks independently
  • Strong client service orientation; prior experience in a professional services organization ideal
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills; strong influencing capabilities
  • Executive presence with the confidence and experience to work and partner with senior leaders
  • Able to effectively lead and inspire team members/colleagues
  • Prior experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems is required
