Eligibility Criteria

- Primary Skill: Service Desk/Desktop Support
- Should have good technical exposure to the above Primary skills/technologies
- Good Client interfacing skills & should have been involved in client interactions
- Should be willing to work in implementation & support projects
- The above skills certifications are Preferable
- Flexible for Onsite and offshore travelling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of the requirement
- Ability to think strategically about the broader market and influence company direction
