Qualifications:
- B. Tech/MCA or Equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise software applications in a corporate, commercial, start-up, or institutional environment
- Database Management experience/knowledge (SQL, Oracle is a bonus)
- Application configuration experience
- Installation of software knowledge
- .Net Framework familiarity
- User support – expectation to be on calls with users (Strong communication skills)
- Application administration experience
- Access Management experience
- Prolog knowledge an asset (Prolog: Prolog by Trimble is a hybrid construction project management solution that provides construction firms of all sizes functionalities for office and field management, collaboration, cost control and purchasing)
- IIS on Servers familiarity
- Problem solving/analytical thinking
- High level configurations and integration knowledge
- Ability to get hold of new technologies in short span of time

Job Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure applications
- Support applications and use Service Now for HDT
- Working with the user community on issues will applications.
- Upgrades to application software. Various applications
- Ability of Infrastructure specifications for setup of new applications.
- Working with vendors on issues and setup for applications.
- SQL knowledge to write queries for information of the applications.
- Assist with development on home-grown applications.
- Integration knowledge with API’s
- Coordination with Infrastructure and security.
