Job Description:-

  • Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2-3 Directors in India, who are in the Marketing Science and Public Policy organization.
  • The Marketing Science team helps advertisers measure the value of advertising in general and Facebook advertising in particular through various experimentation methods and tools. We work closely with our account managers to ensure clients are enabled to accurately measure the value of their ads spends.
  • The Public Policy team engages with policy makers and policy ecosystem, sharing information about the company’s products, activities, our programs and investments in local communities and responding to queries from politicians, governments and regulators. We also participate and provide input into the policy and regulation development of the internet sector.
  • The person in this Administrative Assistant role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem. This position is full-time and will be located in our Gurgaon office.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
  • Manage multiple and complex calendars
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • General office duties as needed

Requirements/ Qualification:-

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to more than 1 executives
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf executives
  • Calendar management and expense report management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage competing deadlines from multiple stakeholder
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • BA/BS
