Job Description:-

  • As a recruiter, one would work with recruitment managers and stakeholders to achieve recruitment numbers assigned time to time. Recruiters are also need to participate in TA initiatives and support the team leaders in delivering results

Job Requirements:-

  • Achieve assigned minimum annual target of 60 joiners in a fiscal year(40 joiners for Niche skills/Staffing)
  • Conducting HR interviews to evaluate culture/monetary/behavioral fitment of the candidate in Birlasoft
  • Conducting recruiting events on monthly basis to achieve the optimum target during weekends
  • Support TA Team Leaders in participating in other skills recruiting events on 2 times in a quarter
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job boards, databases, social media etc.
  • Maintaining source mix of 30% referral, 20% vendors and 50% direct(Job portals/Linked in/Job sites)
  • Maintaining an overall TAT of 90 days for requisition to offer for 90% cases
  • Hiring 20% diversity candidates in the lot of profiles hired in a year
  • Updating the TA Team Leaders/Managers on recruitment status and publishing the matrix through the recruitment tracker on weekly basis
  • Collaborate with the Offer Management team by providing all the relevant information to roll out the offer to the candidate
  • Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for better throughput
  • Maintaining offer to joining ratio minimum as 65%(60% for staffing)
  • Always maintain pipeline for critical/vanilla roles. At any point in time recruiter should have 10 candidates in the pipeline for such roles  
  • Have equal level conversation with the business to share his/her point of view

Compliance & Integrity:

  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure data maintenance and integrity
  • Ensuring no gaps in the recruitment process/documentation from compliance and integrity prospective
  • Ensuring candidates with the right information only is screened through the HR rounds
  • Reject candidate who are suppressing information/data judiciously
  • Push back business on the ground of compliance/integrity if the candidate is not genuine
