Job Description:–
We are now looking for Pneumatech Brand Manager, who will take initiatives in order to reach our objective of sustainable and continued profitable growth with the Pneumatech brand.

Job responsibilities:-
- Achieve ambitious growth targets in the area under responsibility with high focus on Pneumatech share and consolidated profitability.
- Responsibility for sales and results (profit & loss) of the business units;
- The development of business within defined areas, with the aim of giving all products treated their best chance on the Pneumatech, using all direct, indirect, OEM and EPC sales channels
- The definition of Pneumatech strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals through the development of new business opportunities for all products and services;
- The development and growth aftermarket business (service and spare parts);
- Monitoring of costs, credit management, ensuring the recovery of debts and supporting the implementation of new ways of financing to customers;
- Developing and maintaining strategic plans that will contribute to the development of the organization Multibrand, through positive interaction with others “Brand Manager”;
- The continued development of the business unit so excellent, modern, well-structured, in order to achieve lasting results, where the sales and service activities can be developed in a harmonious way, with constant tendency to a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Management, motivation and development of the reference team.
- Support brand portfolio business by promoting sales of the original parts and consumables as well as of other aftermarket products
- Map and continuously update the existing industrial gas and filtration distributor channels with the strategy to attract new candidates for the Pneumatech brand
- Closely monitor and report the competitor activities in the area
- Interact with the division marketing to develop and implement business marketing plans and give feedback on product trends and competition development.

Qualifications:-
- University graduated preferably in mechanical, MBA in marketing shall be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High negotiation skills at all levels of the business
- Excellent Product and Brand Marketing knowledge and skill
- Good organizational skills
Skills:-
- Extensive and relevant knowledge of Industrial Gas Generation, Desiccant Dryers, Filtration, gas monitoring and controls along-with condensate management system for the purpose of business development
- Solid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relations
Experience in setting up a brand from scratch shall be the strong asset - Strong marketing acumen of Direct and Digital Marketing of capital intensive goods
- Experience in sales territory management
- Proven experience in developing and delivering sales trainings to direct & distributors
