Job Description:-
The Data Analyst will work in ICQA to provide data and analytical support for upkeep of the inventory, root cause investigation of defects, and will provide support to insure compliance. He will also look independently for carrying out analysis and running Queries from database and launch for new projects / drive changes as per the latest requirement from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:-
- Development of data collection processes and data management systems
- Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
- In depth research of defect trends
- Data collection and entry as needed
- Data mining and problem solving
- Back up for Site Quality manager

Requirements:-
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with Unix tools
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and fulfillment center processes
- Graduation preferred
