Qualification & Requirements:-

A Diploma/Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical.
5+ years of experience in technical sales support role.
Handling of replacement/retrofit cases of High Tension (HT) machines.
Electrical/Mechanical design experience of HT machine.
Must be open for travel.
Local candidate preferred.

Job Responsibilities :-

– This is a Technical Support role, reporting to the Cluster Head in Business Area – Motion located in Baroda. You will be responsible for supporting the local sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process.

Supporting to front end colleagues on requirement replacement cases technically.
Exporting slipring motor cases support and resolving issue technically.
